1. Collection Items 
- Mandatory: Name, phone number, email, content of inquiry 
- Optional: Company name
2. Purpose of Collection 
Consultation and service utilization for quotation inquiries
3. Retention Period 
Information will be retained and utilized for up to 3 years from the date of quotation service registration. Upon achievement of the collection and use purpose or upon the user's request for consent withdrawal, the information will be promptly destroyed. However, information subject to legal obligations such as the Electronic Commerce Act may be retained for the required retention period.

- If mandatory items are not agreed upon, the quotation inquiry service cannot be used.

Collection and Use of Personal Information (Quotation)

1. Recipients' Names 
Domestic and international transportation providers such as Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, other domestic and international airlines, railway companies (KORAIL), maritime transport companies (ferries, cruises), and tourist bus operators.
2. Personal Information Provided 
- Name, phone number, email, content of inquiry

- If entering a company name: Company name
3. Purposes of Recipients' Use 
- Reservation for boarding, conducting local events and customer management purposes, service provision, personal identification, handling complaints and other grievances, verification of usage, etc.
4. Retention and Use Period 
Information will be deleted immediately upon withdrawal of purchase intent. However, in cases where a purchase has been made, information will be retained for up to 5 years from the date of supply completion for defect handling purposes. Information may be retained for the period specified by law if there is a legal obligation.
